Good to know
Conveniently located in the heart of Miami. Ample parking in the front area. 3BD/2BATHS inside and half bath outside. Full kitchen and dining room with everything you need for your stay. Outside the patio is very spacious with entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. You have another dining area outside and cooler to move around the patio for easy access. Outside laundry with supplies for your stay. Another covered terrace closer to the pool with sitting area, pool table, and foosball table. Relax in the pool and/or jacuzzi while you watch the kids play on the playground suitable for small kids. You also have access to a barbecue on the side of the house, grill tools and serve trays have been provided for your convenience. There are also lounge chairs if you feel like tanning, beach towels have been provided on every closet, and we always leave sunblock on the half bath for your use. We really hope you enjoy your stay, if you need anything we’re only a phone call away.
Other Details to Note
Please be aware parties are strictly prohibited. No smoking inside the house. (NOTE: This is an external pool, which is professionally cleaned every week, however we have no control of weather or leaves which is why we provide a skimmer and automatic pool cleaner for your use and convenience. ALSO the jacuzzi is not a hot tub, please don't expect it to be as warm as a hot tub during winter months as the water cycles through out the entire pool. The water heater is for the jacuzzi AND pool, and it will be nice as it does not get so cold here in Florida but it will never be as hot as a hot tub. Thank you)
