Good to know

Conveniently located in the heart of Miami. Ample parking in the front area. 3BD/2BATHS inside and half bath outside. Full kitchen and dining room with everything you need for your stay. Outside the patio is very spacious with entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. You have another dining area outside and cooler to move around the patio for easy access. Outside laundry with supplies for your stay. Another covered terrace closer to the pool with sitting area, pool table, and foosball table. Relax in the pool and/or jacuzzi while you watch the kids play on the playground suitable for small kids. You also have access to a barbecue on the side of the house, grill tools and serve trays have been provided for your convenience. There are also lounge chairs if you feel like tanning, beach towels have been provided on every closet, and we always leave sunblock on the half bath for your use. We really hope you enjoy your stay, if you need anything we’re only a phone call away.

Other Details to Note

Please be aware parties are strictly prohibited. No smoking inside the house. (NOTE: This is an external pool, which is professionally cleaned every week, however we have no control of weather or leaves which is why we provide a skimmer and automatic pool cleaner for your use and convenience. ALSO the jacuzzi is not a hot tub, please don't expect it to be as warm as a hot tub during winter months as the water cycles through out the entire pool. The water heater is for the jacuzzi AND pool, and it will be nice as it does not get so cold here in Florida but it will never be as hot as a hot tub. Thank you)

Yunior is a great host. The space was perfect for my twin 3 year olds. the backyard was our favorite. Yunior was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Also, very understanding and agreed to a late check out due to some appointment issues. I appreciated their communication and friendliness! Thanks for a stress free stay!

This spot was a gem! Very close to the convention center and a back patio space that feels like paradise! The hosts really thought of everything as the house was stocked with all of the necessities.

Yoima and Yunior were great hosts! The house is beautiful and exactly as described. Perfect for families and kids. Yoima’s response time was impeccable and she was always so kind. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in Miami and recommend it to all.

The house was amazing!! As I stated, the house was better in person. The photos did no justice to how beautiful the house was. My family of 6 slept comfortably without any problem. There was only hiccup we had and that was getting the jacuzzi heated. It was our fault by missing a step that was in the house rules so please read carefully on how to work it. We called Yoima to assist and she was very prompt in assisting us with step by step instructions.(which I stated we missed a step). We will most definitely be back to use Yoima & Yunior house again in the near future for our next family cruise. They were very attentive. Highly recommend 👌

I can’t say enough about Yunior & Yoima and their beautiful, immaculate, incredible home!! Best backyard we have ever seen for an Air B & B at this price! Very inviting modern home that was immaculate! Very clean and spacious and every detail in the home is upgraded and up to date! When we walked out back, you can’t help but want to stay out there! Every morning we drank our coffee out back despite the heat, because they have plenty of shady comfortable seating. My husband even did some work on his computer out there. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I was shocked to find out that there is an option to heat the pool and hot tub yourself! Very easy & clear instructions. Every air b & b we have seen in the past always charges extra for this option! Multiple coffee makers/espresso maker and even sunscreen, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel! Very safe neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer! Will be back! Such helpful and caring hosts! Felt like friends! Awesome

Our family loved our stay so much and would definitely recommend to others! Yunior & Yoima provided everything we needed and were quick to respond with questions. The beds were super comfy and the blackout curtains made it feel like a hotel - I’ve never slept better! The kids especially loved the pool - it’s a great size and we could adjust the temp to our liking. We also loved having a 1/2 bath you could access from the outdoor area. Very minimal noise from the airport and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Great location to be able to different activities like the zoo, beach, etc. but we were also happy to have some chill days at the house given all the things to do. We really enjoyed our visit!

My family and I enjoyed the house. It was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We were familiar with the area and had no issues finding the house and checking in. The house was clean and in perfect condition. Yunior and Yoima were incredibly responsive and proactive with their messages. The pool and backyard were a beautiful oasis and a big hit with my family. We had a great time and recommend it for everyone.
